The Poco M8 Pro 5G has a 6.83-inch AMOLED panel at 1280 x 2772 pixels with a 120 Hz refresh rate, which works out to roughly 447 ppi. That is sharper than the vivo V60 (1080 x 2392 on 6.77 inches, about 388 ppi) and close to the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion (1272 x 2772 on 6.78 inches, about 450 ppi) and the vivo V70 FE (1260 x 2800 on 6.83 inches, about 450 ppi). All four are AMOLED, so contrast and color depth are comparable. The real differences are in brightness and refresh rate.
Brightness is where the Poco M8 Pro 5G gives ground. Its 3200 nits peak is well below the vivo V60’s 5000 nits and the Motorola Edge 70 Fusion’s 5200 nits, so those two should handle harsh sunlight better.
The Poco’s 1800 nits HBM figure is the stronger result. It beats the V60 and Edge 70 Fusion at 1500 nits each and trails only the vivo V70 FE’s 1900 nits. Peak and HBM are different measurements, so they should not be read against each other. The V70 FE has no peak brightness listed, so it cannot be compared on that figure at all.
Refresh rate separates the group further. The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion is the only phone at 144 Hz, while the Poco M8 Pro 5G, V60, and V70 FE all stop at 120 Hz. That makes scrolling and gaming slightly smoother on the Edge 70 Fusion, though the gap is modest.
Retailer prices on 28 October 2026 are PKR 130,000 new for the Poco M8 Pro 5G, PKR 135,000 new for the Edge 70 Fusion, PKR 121,000 new for the V70 FE and PKR 110,000 used for the V60.
Verdict: The Motorola Edge 70 Fusion has the best display here with 144 Hz and 5200 nits peak, but the Poco M8 Pro 5G matches its sharpness and offers stronger HBM for PKR 5,000 less, while the vivo V70 FE gives the same size, similar sharpness and a higher 1900 nits HBM for PKR 9,000 less than the Poco.
