The triple camera setup on the iPhone 16 Pro pairs a 48MP main shooter with a 48MP ultra-wide and a 12MP telephoto lens, giving you real flexibility whether you’re capturing a wide landscape, a tight portrait, or pulling subjects closer with that 5x optical zoom.

Photos come out at a hefty 8000 x 6000 resolution, so there’s plenty of detail to crop into later without images falling apart, and the Sony IMX903 sensor handling the main camera does a solid job with color accuracy and keeping noise in check once light starts to fade.

Need to reach further than the optical range allows, the 25x digital zoom is there as a backup, though like most phones, image quality understandably softens the more you push past the optical limit.

On the video side, this phone can shoot 4K at up to 120fps for smooth, detailed footage, and slow-motion fans get 1080p at 240fps for that buttery, cinematic slow-down effect.

Selfies are handled by a 12MP front camera that delivers natural skin tones and decent detail for everyday social posts and video calls alike.

All told, it’s a camera system built for everyday versatility  landscapes, portraits, zoomed shots, and high-frame-rate video are all covered, even if ultra-long-range digital zoom remains more of a convenience than a quality showcase.
